TalentNeuron Country Coverage Update: Q2 2024 and Beyond
Introducing Portugal, new EVP data, and UK updates to the platform and DaaS solutions
What’s better than data? Trick question — the answer is obviously more data.
Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Strategic workforce planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is constantly changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.
With the addition of Portugal in May, TalentNeuron now provides salary, supply, candidate profiles, location, or other data across more than 40 countries — and counting.
So without further ado, here’s a quick roundup of our country data updates from Q2 plus our first updates of Q3.

Geography, supply, salary, gender diversity for the UK
Locations for certain parts of the United Kingdom have been updated, along with supply and salary data. Our candidate supply estimates for the UK now incorporate 2023 figures and the updated geographic taxonomy. Salary data is also updated based on the new UK geography changes.
We've made this change in preparation for a UK labor market supply refresh and based on feedback regarding significant economic areas in England. Several government delineations have been consolidated into regions to better address user needs —specifically London, Manchester, and North and West Northamptonshire.
Inaugural gender diversity ratios of the UK, too, have just been published based on 2023 figures.
More About This Data
For TalentNeuron’s clients, any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to the data update will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated locations and figures. Saved searches will also update with new data and locations.
If you’re eager to utilize this new data but your current subscription does not include access to labor market data for these countries, please reach out to your TalentNeuron account representative. They’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your access.
