2024 might be winding down, but major TalentNeuron data and product updates are just getting started.

In November, not only did we update salary data for four countries (see more on that below) but we enabled Excel export for sentiment analysis in the Employee Value Proposition module, allowing our users to access, organize, and analyze sentiment data outside the platform.

We also introduced skill acronym support for our platform to enable seamless searching. In addition to talent profile enhancements planned for this month, our Synappy chatbot and Candidate Profiles capabilities will be available to all users in early 2025. And as part of our acquisition of HRForecast, we’re also in the process of integrating demand, supply, and cost data for more than 35 new countries by the end of Q1 2025.

Saved searches will also update with new data.
