TalentNeuron Country Coverage Update: September 2024
A roundup of the latest additions to our diversity, salary, and supply data
Like the autumn leaves, TalentNeuron’s country data updates are becoming a vibrant part of the fall season.
In addition to September’s data releases and more coming in October, we also plan to upgrade our country groupings in mid-October to better reflect recent enhancements. Starting Oct. 15, the following countries will change groups:
- Spain, Ireland, Australia, Mexico, Belgium, Portugal, Singapore, and Switzerland will move to Group 1.
- Brazil, India, Italy, Czechia, Poland, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Argentina, and the Netherlands will move to Group 2.
But expanding our data coverage isn’t the only thing our team has been busy with lately. During an invite-only product webinar later this month, clients will get an exclusive look at some amazing updates and new features coming in late 2024 and early 2025. We’ll also be making an exciting announcement about our inaugural TalentNeuron Client Summit coming in November.
Until then, here’s a quick look at the September salary and supply data updates now available in our platform and data-as-a-service solutions, as well as a complete list of all country coverage updates so far this year.
September 2024 Country Data Updates
Salary data, methodology updated for India
In one of our biggest updates of Q3, users now have access to the latest 2024 salary figures in India and will benefit from a completely revamped salary data methodology for the country. This enhancement, based on client queries and a deep understanding of market behavior, features advanced data collection and analysis techniques specifically designed to deliver more precise results for India’s job market going forward.
Updated supply data for Hungary
TalentNeuron data now includes 2023 candidate supply estimates for Hungary — the most up-to-date numbers available.
Latest salary numbers for Mexico
Data for Mexico has also been refreshed to include the latest 2024 salary figures. This is in large part thanks to the addition of new, reliable data sources that will enhance the quality and accuracy of insights. Users will find that certain salary numbers have drastically changed, reflecting more recent developments in Mexico’s job market.
More About This Data
Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Strategic workforce planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is constantly changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.
Any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to data updates will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated figures. Saved searches will also update with new data.
If you’re eager to utilize this new data but your current subscription does not include access to these countries, please reach out to your TalentNeuron account representative. They’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your access.
