TalentNeuron Country Coverage Update: July 2024

July was a busy month for TalentNeuron’s data and product teams.

Because as we continue to update and expand TalentNeuron’s global labor market data, we’re also innovating other ways to give clients the best insights possible to drive strategic planning and decision-making.

This includes an all-new employee value proposition (EVP) sentiment analysis capability released at the end of July, which helps clients understand their employer brand and how it compares against competitors.

Also in July, we provided new diversity, salary, and supply data for several countries, as well as updated our salary data methodology to reflect the latest minimum wage across more countries.

Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Strategic workforce planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is constantly changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.

Any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to data updates will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated figures. Saved searches will also update with new data.
