Looking for candidate supply in Ghana or talent demand in Lithuania?
TalentNeuron’s global data has you covered. As of this month, our platform and API users can now access initial supply and demand figures for seven new countries, as well as inaugural gender diversity ratios for 13 more nations.
But what does that “initial” part mean exactly? Simply put, the data for these seven new countries is just the first iteration — a beta release — as our team continues testing new ways to quickly and consistently source quality demand and supply data for our users. As a result, this data currently reflects 2024 positions based on digital profiles and focuses on 80% of targeted occupations.
This expansion responds directly to what we're hearing from clients, who are increasingly focused on gaining a competitive advantage when identifying and evaluating emerging talent pools. As skill shortages persist in established global hubs, workforce planning teams now have competitive intelligence on developing markets; precise diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) benchmarking tailored to regional realities; and data-driven location strategies that anticipate growing markets.
So what other countries will be updated soon? Stay tuned for more announcements! We just gave clients an exclusive sneak preview of what’s new and what’s next during a mid-March webinar, which covered:
Newly added country; data reflects current market and is based on digital profiles available for 80% of targeted occupations.
More About This Data
Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Workforce transformation planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is always changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.
Any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to data updates will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated figures. Saved searches will also update with new data.
If you’re eager to utilize this new data but your current subscription does not include access to these countries, please reach out to your TalentNeuron account representative. They’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your access.
TalentNeuron users can now access supply and demand for 14 new countries — part of a massive, early 2025 rollout adding more than 35 new countries to our existing global coverage.
