TalentNeuron Country Coverage Update: October 2024
A roundup of the latest additions to our diversity, geography, salary, and supply data
TalentNeuron users who’ve been waiting for the latest labor market data for Canada, the Philippines, Mexico, and Argentina won’t be disappointed. Several geography, diversity, salary, and supply data updates for those countries went live this October and are now ready to explore.
But aside from some expansive country data enhancements, TalentNeuron’s product team also held a recent client webinar sharing a sneak peek of exciting new features making their way to users in late 2024 and early 2025. (And if you’re a client who couldn’t attend, please reach out to your client engagement manager for a link to the on-demand session!)
Here are a few highlights worth noting:
Introducing our new chatbot
To make it even easier and faster for users access insights in our platform’s Hiring Analysis module, TalentNeuron is preparing to release a new AI-powered chatbot, Synappy, to all clients by the end of the year.
Although we’re currently working with only a small group of users to test and refine the chatbot before its wide release, the early reviews are good and we’re already making enhancements, including a saved conversation history and an option to provide feedback on Synappy’s responses.
Candidate profiles
We’ve kicked off testing for Candidate Profiles, a new experience within the Hiring Analysis module that can help recruiters and hiring managers identify potential candidates for a particular role. The capability — currently featuring nearly 60 million profiles from the U.S. and sourced from various third parties — will help users narrow down qualified candidates with a Match Score based on matching criteria, including work history, skills, seniority level, and education.
TalentNeuron’s Candidate Profiles capability is set to be widely available to users in early 2025.
Country grouping changes
As of Oct. 15, we’ve upgraded our country groupings to better reflect their enhanced data availability. As a result, the following countries have changed groups:
- Spain, Ireland, Australia, Mexico, Belgium, Portugal, Singapore, and Switzerland are now in Group 1.
- Brazil, India, Italy, Czechia, Poland, Romania, Finland, Denmark, Luxembourg, Sweden, Norway, Argentian, and the Netherlands are now in Group 2.
Prebuilt Talent Profiles added
Based on frequent requests from our clients, we’ve introduced 210 brand-new talent profiles in October to provide more insights to support talent strategy. Our nearly 400 profiles are now available in all platform modules except for Hiring Analysis.
Don’t Miss the TalentNeuron Client Summit 2024

More About This Data
Here at TalentNeuron, we constantly strive to deepen our coverage of labor market data across geographies. Strategic workforce planning and sound business decisions all start with access to the right data, which is constantly changing. That’s why, to better serve our clients, we continually gather, normalize, and release metrics from diverse and trusted sources, including government reports, job boards, candidate profiles, and proprietary databases.
Any point-in-time analysis (e.g. PDF or screenshot) done prior to data updates will not reflect the changes. However, because we re-crunch historical data, any historical or current analysis you conduct from this point onward will reflect the updated figures. Saved searches will also update with new data.
If you’re eager to utilize this new data but your current subscription does not include access to these countries, please reach out to your TalentNeuron account representative. They’ll be happy to assist you in upgrading your access.
