TalentNeuron Named Enterprise HR Software of the Year at Best in Biz Awards

TalentNeuron has been named the gold winner in the "Enterprise Product of the Year — HR Software" category in Best in Biz Awards 2024 — North America's only independent business awards program judged by journalists, editors, and reporters from top-tier publications.

The 2024 judging panel included writers and contributors from publications such as Barron's, Computerworld, Los Angeles Times, and Wired. In evaluating the TalentNeuron submission, the panel considered factors such as innovation, technological advancement, and overall impact on the industry. TalentNeuron joins the ranks of previous category winners Fountain, Upwork, and PeopleScout.

This year's judges particularly noted the winning companies' innovation path and implementation of cutting-edge technologies, including AI, as well as their approach to workplace solutions. The award evaluated the milestones surpassed in a transformative year for TalentNeuron. Key developments include the launch of Synappy, an AI-powered chat concierge, and an advanced skills auto-detection engine that maintains a dynamic library of more than 40,000 skills.  

Over the past year, TalentNeuron has also expanded its enterprise capabilities through strategic integrations with leading HR platforms including Relode, Credly, Instructure, and Joveo. The acquisition of HRForecast strengthened TalentNeuron's ability to combine internal and external workforce data for strategic planning and positioned the company for an even more dynamic 2025.
